The Path Forward: Cycling Innovations across the US

On April 25, 2012, Columbia Association hosted its fourth Community Building Speakers Series featuring Jennifer Toole – a nationally-recognized leader in bicycle and pedestrian planning and design. Mrs Toole’s discussion focused on innovative US communities that are making way for bicycling including greenways, safe bike lanes, pedestrian zones and bike parking that make these communities more livable, enjoyable, and more economically competitive. Jennifer is the lead consultant for the Connecting Columbia project and founder of Toole Design Group.
